So Family Day!

Heard about it through a dear friend and colleague once. I thought it is a nice idea which is a pleasure having family in to our office and showing them where we are and how our day goes on.

14th March 2015...

From the day i received the mail I had just one thought in my mind, still going on and killing my mind.
Of course its about my Father and he would be the most happiest person who enjoys my position and work I love to do. Even though its not a un common thing to him, for a person who gave fruits to the guru's when he came to know his daughter come 2nd in the school in K class. The girl is my sister and the Guru's are my teachers. so I thought in every step going along with my Mother and niece to show them my office environment. There is a saying "Poyinavallu Mahanubavulu, Batiki unnavallu valla teepi gutrtulu"

Apart from this, lets start my day to that Family Day!
Woke up with little headache and eyes are paining too much, but its pre-decided that will go to office by 3 Pm with my Mother and Sisters Daughter(Harshu). By time taking some rest and the time came, still had not patience and energy to go that long. but the day will not come with in this year again. so recalled all the energy I have and started.

Started in my regular way, on going traffic and the weather is too hot, but Once my Bike started it will be stopped at my destination only. did so, on the way I showed these people where my interview done and what we call the Cyber city. Straight to the Gachchibowli road and then in 10 mins we reached out Office, TCS Synergy park.I am not in the mood of capturing their expressions as our security guards has to catch my expressions and the details. Safety First is our TCS first concern, which is good. After entering the gate the regular way changed as the security guided us to the way to parking. Some what useful to groom around the office, showing then the environment and the lake view. Straight to the parking building where my gym is.

So I started with Fitness and Sports location. In fact after entering in to the office surroundings My Mother and Harshu became little amazed as the Software industry effect in Hyderabad. TCS is full of greenery and I thought it would reminded them the NU, where my Father worked, but this a bit modern. Later on moved towards my ODC Building, where my project is.On the way showed them the buildings that we have. reached out the building where we work. As there is no entrance to working zone we allowed to see the ground floor only. I showed them the canteen where we usually have lunch and tea break. we sit for some time in the middle of the building. That place really cool and will give a feel of some restaurant outdoor.

Later we moved to the party zone, where the Games and Entertainment program's arranged. Its really cool that they have arranged some snacks for the entire family and so many games for children. Its really a fun day for the children and for the Family also. Gone towards the Gaming zone. Its so colorful with lot of games for kids like, archery, shooting, Little Golf, Tattoos, Caricature, Mahendi and so on. Harshu has not in mood of enjoying all these. usually she didn't like to play. So we went towards the DJ and the stage. Some program is going on and later the dance was started. My Mom was looking at it. I don't know weather she is looking with interest or surprised. I was little confused. Well Harshu also not in a mood of enjoying these type. I thought her brothers will do some justification to it. So I suggested my mother I will drop her at home and bring those kids. Harshu also OK with it.

I asked my mother to sit and enjoy the dances, we both started to home. After crossing office and 2 kilometers long, My bike gave me a surprise, Hold on brother. where you leaving with put enjoying. That was off and I was in a shock mood for its sudden repair. this is the third time this is happening usually with Unicon some heating problem. Kick free and it wont start until a long time.It should be get to repair shop. I asked the auto driver where the repair shop is. before this I informed my sister to get ready the children, they got ready and waiting for me. When the bike stopped I decided and have to drop my plan. They don't have the day today. Tried and tried to get it started, called the mechanic. He gave some suggestion and tried that also. Later decided to walk towards the Mechanic shop and try. When ever my bike stops(happened 2 times) I found a near by mechanic shop. But this time new area, I thought I was done.

But He never left me alone, thanks to him. I found the shop with in half kilometer. So relaxed and got it repaired. And that is near U turn. I felt so lucky. After that was done I started back to office. My mom was watching the DJ and dances going there, she surprised. I explained the story and we keep enjoying the DJ and Music there. Some how the DJ Playing attracted me. Interested to learn that as a music lover and the party mood they create really awesome.

After all the entertainment, we  decided to go to Home early. So started to Home. Reached Sisters house and explained the story to the children who are disappointed. But things will be fine and I hope I will create fun to them some other day...

Dad

Every one talks about the prominence of mother, Agree! But we should notice that No one equals/replaces the Dad for a son/daughter, be cause every thing he do for the family is extraordinary- the persons include your mother, you and your bothers and sisters.

Being a men particularly, it is so admirable. Think about a family with out a Dad, you come to know. he is the one, who  we share every thing. he fills our needs, he protects us, He teaches us. He trains us.

A girl who is teased become strong when she sees her father near by, A well settled son feels strong even in his financial trouble because he is guided by his father. your mother  feels secure when your father is home. she awaits for him....

First Day @ TCS

A Wonderful Start which will become one of the best moment of my professional career.

This has been one of my memorable and warm welcoming day in my career.
It has been very relaxing and learning day in the Induction of TCS at Deccan Park.

A lovely start of introducing the colleague to other colleagues has been the starting of Induction. Later on the video about the TCS, about its foundation and the people behind it has been very inspiring and worth watching. The introduction of the Team and the recruiters was went cool. The Game conducted by Geetanjali(The Head HR) has made all the joiner's very interactive. Her team put all their efforts to bring the TCSers joining on this day, applause & thanks to the team - they are very supportive, encouraging and available.

My God! the process & documentations- I think The best part of maintaining that much worthy and healthy competition in the market is because of these ethics and principles they are following. Thats why yesterday the magical thing happened that the TCS has became the top grossing and becoming the topper.

So Finally a very good beginning and warm welcome from TCS.
Great to have there! I feel I Want to share with My Father as he always feels proud about this.
Where ever he is, he is the main person for all these achievements.

A Moment to Remember

I am here, in a position like this is because of only one person. That is my Dad. I always thankful to him through out my life for that. If he didn't worked like that I had never been here and having this. He sacrificed so many things to make us what we are now. 
If he is not done like that, I would have been some where else doing a daily work or what ever.

So, Back to the Day- 10th July 2014. This has been one of the memorable day of my life. After a long journey with Stam and the employees of it, It has been a great learning in terms of the personal and professional career. 

There are so many persons who I worked with and learnt so many things. Every where I do have the best friends and here the second company of my career has been more close be cause my career was shaped here as the best of my abilities.

As I have joined here during my graduation and continued to work for a year and half nearly. As a younger kid by having no fear and vision I jumped from here to another company called Kern. I dont tell thats a bad step but as you know the age is like that. I learned so many things there also.  Handling projects individually. how to handle things lonely. And it surely helped my career to an extended maturity level.

Back to STAM.
When the KERN wanted to stop their services in Hyderabad, The very next day I got a call from Veda Sir, asking what is the plan next. I said lets see, I have couple of months to go. Then he said Ok, but suggested to come back to Stam.
I said I will let yo know Sir................So much happened...got two companies.  lot of stuff....thats apart.....in between the conversations with Veda, Shekar sir finally, its like back to home.

The re join- Dont know as the people I know that I am working with, but it has been like working very easily and effectively. It gave me strength of doing things better. Later The people who believed in me, gave me an opportunity to lead the team. I know that has been a very complicated for me, but some how after so much encouragement I have taken that.
  
 



Things going well, days and nights worked together as a team and individual some times to keep that belief on me alive. Thanks to Anand and Veda for such a belief on me. And after so many hurdles, teachings and blessings, some how managed few projects kept on me. Of course some are successful and some got few issues. Learned so many things out of that.
This will go on because its a 3.5 years story so I am giving stopping here.

Thanks to Anand and Veda who encouraged me and kept me on this, I personally and professionally learned so many things from you. I always thankful to you.

And thanks to my team, who supported me through out their job role and stood behind me in every critical situation of the project deliveries and business requirement. 
Thank you all for your wonderful love and farewell.

This is so good to hear a lot of genuine speech from kalyan Garu. This is a new era for the ap politics. He expressed every ones feeling very softly and straightly to the ppl who encouraging the violence in telangana.

I agree with the words that the ppl here also suffered by the politicians who made the city so costly and violent.

The common people suffering a lot in all three areas andra, seema and telangana. Hope he come up with a very     good steps for the people who suffering a lot from the corruption and divisive politics.

There are always people who do things so good and they are every where. Not only one region is bad and one region is good. That was the mind set and environment of people.
