Dad

Every one talks about the prominence of mother, Agree! But we should notice that No one equals/replaces the Dad for a son/daughter, be cause every thing he do for the family is extraordinary- the persons include your mother, you and your bothers and sisters.

Being a men particularly, it is so admirable. Think about a family with out a Dad, you come to know. he is the one, who  we share every thing. he fills our needs, he protects us, He teaches us. He trains us.

A girl who is teased become strong when she sees her father near by, A well settled son feels strong even in his financial trouble because he is guided by his father. your mother  feels secure when your father is home. she awaits for him....

First Day @ TCS

A Wonderful Start which will become one of the best moment of my professional career.

This has been one of my memorable and warm welcoming day in my career.
It has been very relaxing and learning day in the Induction of TCS at Deccan Park.

A lovely start of introducing the colleague to other colleagues has been the starting of Induction. Later on the video about the TCS, about its foundation and the people behind it has been very inspiring and worth watching. The introduction of the Team and the recruiters was went cool. The Game conducted by Geetanjali(The Head HR) has made all the joiner's very interactive. Her team put all their efforts to bring the TCSers joining on this day, applause & thanks to the team - they are very supportive, encouraging and available.

My God! the process & documentations- I think The best part of maintaining that much worthy and healthy competition in the market is because of these ethics and principles they are following. Thats why yesterday the magical thing happened that the TCS has became the top grossing and becoming the topper.

Later on the Presentations of HR's, ethics, Finance, BYB were a worth watching for the new employees.

So Finally a very good beginning and warm welcome from TCS.
Great to have there! I feel I Want to share with My Father as he always feels proud about this.

A Moment to Remember

I am here, in a position like this is because of only one person. That is my Dad. I always thankful to him through out my life for that. If he didn't worked like that I had never been here and having this. He sacrificed so many things to make us what we are now. 
If he is not done like that, I would have been some where else doing a daily work or what ever.

Any ways, That continues...

So, Back to the Day- 10th July 2014. This has been one of the memorable day of my life. After a long journey with Stam and the employees of it, It has been a great learning in terms of the personal and professional career. 

There are so many persons who I worked with and learnt so many things. Every where I do have the best friends and here the second company of my career has been more close be cause my career was shaped here as the best of my abilities.

As I have joined here during my graduation and continued to work for a year and half nearly. As a younger kid by having no fear and vision I jumped from here to another company called Kern. I dont tell thats a bad step but as you know the age is like that. I learned so many things there also.  Handling projects individually. how to handle things lonely. And it surely helped my career to an extended maturity level.

Back to STAM.
When the KERN wanted to stop their services in Hyderabad, The very next day I got a call from Veda Sir, asking what is the plan next. I said lets see, I have couple of months to go. Then he said Ok, but suggested to come back to Stam.
I said I will let yo know Sir................So much happened...got two companies.  lot of stuff....thats apart.....in between the conversations with Veda, Shekar sir finally, its like back to home.

The re join- Dont know as the people I know that I am working with, but it has been like working very easily and effectively. It gave me strength of doing things better. Later The people who believed in me, gave me an opportunity to lead the team. I know that has been a very complicated for me, but some how after so much encouragement I have taken that.
  
 



Things going well, days and nights worked together as a team and individual some times to keep that belief on me alive. Thanks to Anand and Veda for such a belief on me. And after so many hurdles, teachings and blessings, some how managed few projects kept on me. Of course some are successful and some got few issues. Learned so many things out of that.
This will go on because its a 3.5 years story so I am giving stopping here.

Thanks to Anand and Veda who encouraged me and kept me on this, I personally and professionally learned so many things from you. I always thankful to you.

And thanks to my team, who supported me through out their job role and stood behind me in every critical situation of the project deliveries and business requirement. 
Thank you all for your wonderful love and farewell.

This is so good to hear a lot of genuine speech from kalyan Garu. This is a new era for the ap politics. He expressed every ones feeling very softly and straightly to the ppl who encouraging the violence in telangana.

I agree with the words that the ppl here also suffered by the politicians who made the city so costly and violent.

The common people suffering a lot in all three areas andra, seema and telangana. Hope he come up with a very     good steps for the people who suffering a lot from the corruption and divisive politics.

There are always people who do things so good and they are every where. Not only one region is bad and one region is good. That was the mind set and environment of people.

JNAFAU First Convocation

November: 27_2010
Which was the month of my Birthday.
The Most memorable day in my Life.....
Which I ever thought, happens like this...But it was.

Really beautiful day and very quick day...
last night i gone to bed very late...ofcrse i need to wake up very early. So woke up.
As regular got ready on time waiting for some one became late..but that is fine. waiting is some thing lovely and painful some times. But this time became luxurious.

Started in the car driven by Murthy (one of the three idiots) ...thats cool going beyond the time.
and the remaining two r Reddy and me.

10: 00 AM
Got call from Sravan three times....Be cause He is worrying about the timing about Us.
Ofcourse there is a reason...I got his Entrance Pass. not only his but also the extra passes that he has. ( promised him to be there by 10'O Clock) : )

Anji is on his way to office and will come along with his wife.
Reached the college atleast by 10-17 am, Really Hurry in meeting Sravan. Because he had a lot of words for me.
met him and his mother and brother...after a long time.
So went in to the Auditorium and really nice crowd...Full of Black gowns and very known and unknown faces. went to get the dress...surprisingly there we met so all the old friends who are intouch and not in touch.
Got the gowns and dressed as a graduation holder and some are busy taking snaps of the different look. SO went in to the section which is categorized for us and again hellos...snaps...comments...WOW...that too U ppl knw.

So then a Lecture( a long lecture) which we dont bother. and little concentrated for the completion. ...and it went well.

After that they presented the gold medals to the Holders.
after all went well...we had the break for 15 min...in between we had the time to get in to our favorite poses in front of our College face. that was takken three takes to fly the caps.
got Picturised but dont know how many cams captured the correct one. lets C.

And again went to Auditorium to recieve the Degrees...and Anji also came with his wife.
seated in the respective seats and again the snaps and comments went again.
Lovely feeling be cause every was so happy and excited to be there...

we got our name called and went one by one and the one who is down busy taking the snaps with the cams which are available.
Got the Certificated by our Principal. Geeta and we are all so happy.

Then the shooting time..............................
with the professors Geeta and Vikas.
the photogrphy guys and our own cameras. once again in a combined structure and showing our degree achieved. that went for a long time there and there...again the discussions and the punches, satires.

then we move towards our entrance which is casual for us and sat there for long time each were busy in discussions and shoots...
Then the Disperse time for us b caz soooo Hungry..didnt even take water from the morning.

Planned to go..and thought to go for the Lunch near by our places.
Murthy, Reddy, Anji and his wife , madhavi and me started..all the way enjoyed the application of I phone of Murthy..went to Chilly's....oops that was closed already.. so went to Anupama near by by 4 PM. had our lunch at 5- 30 Pm atleast.

this has been a lovely day and we got dispersed from each with a little moody manner.


......................much more in between missing and it has been a lovely day for me which is one of the most memorable in my life. no matter every one is like that, But the Reunion make some sort of enjoyment, refreshment and memorable, b caz Friend is a Friend.
